As a Physical Therapist, you'll play a vital role in restoring function, improving mobility, relieving pain, and helping patients regain independence following injury or illness. Working alongside physicians and an interdisciplinary care team, you'll develop individualized treatment plans that produce meaningful outcomes for every patient.
In this role, you will:
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans.
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, mobility training, decompression and traction techniques, and functional rehabilitation.
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, body mechanics, and long-term wellness.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes.
Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress, and discharge planning within the electronic medical record.
Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, accreditation standards, infection prevention protocols, and PartnerCare policies.
Promote an exceptional patient experience through compassionate care, communication, and education.

Education & Licensure
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current, active, unrestricted Florida Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
Outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine experience preferred.
New graduates are encouraged to apply!

QualificationsEducation and Experience:
Associates Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university or technical institution
Current physical therapist license
At least three years of experience as a physical therapist
Knowledge of legal, medical, and accreditation compliance
Alertness and careful attention to detail is required to avoid injury. Must be able to deal with stressful and/or complex situations
Current physical therapist license
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to physically work with the patient to ensure exercises are performed correctly
