Are you the Mentor that therapists remember for the rest of their careers?
We're searching for a Lead Physical Therapist who is just as passionate about developing people as they are about providing exceptional care. This is an opportunity to step into a mentorship role where your influence extends far beyond your own caseload, shaping confidence, clinical growth, and the future of fellow therapists across our team.
And the best part? Depending on the needs of your team, you don't always have to be in the building to make an impact. This role offers the flexibility of remote work opportunities because great mentorship, clinical collaboration, and team development can happen anywhere. Whether you're leading a virtual check-in, reviewing documentation from home, or providing remote clinical guidance to a therapist who needs your expertise in the moment, we built this role around the reality that the best leaders do not need to be tethered to a desk to be effective.
Heck, we'll even pay you a $10,000 bonus to do what fills your cup!
