Base Compensation:

$100,000 – $120,000 per year 

This position is also eligible for:

Competitive Director-Level Bonus Plan (uncapped)
Student Loan Repayment or Welcome Bonus (up to $10K)
Annual CEU funds (starting at $1,000)

Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.

Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.

Previousoutpatient orthopedic experience preferred.

Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but notrequired.

A passion for mentoring and developing others.

A desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.

The compensation range listed reflects thegood-faith estimate of pay thatthis organization reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and work location.
