The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on coaching, financial accountability, and culture building across a growing region. Area Directors play a key role in scaling Ivy’s mission while empowering Clinic Directors and their teams to thrive.
Job Description:
Compensation Range: $100,000 – $120,000 per year
This position is also eligible for:
bonus/commission/equity/overtime/student loan repayment/relocation assistance
