Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics
Coastal Orthopedics is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate, motivated clinician who enjoys helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Position Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on diagnosis, functional limitations, and goals.
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and quality of life.
- Treat a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Educate patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and home treatment programs.
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Provide an exceptional patient experience through compassionate, professional care.
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Florida Physical Therapist license in good standing.
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Orthopedic or outpatient experience preferred.
