Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
.8 FTE — 32 hours/week OR 1.0 FTE — 40 hours/week
4 bonused on-call Saturdays or Sundays per year
Qualifications: Requirements:
✅ Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
✅ Current Physical Therapist license in Minnesota (in good standing)
✅ Current CPR certification for Health Care Providers
✅ Valid driver’s license—you’ll bring high-quality care directly to patients’ homes
