Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy to address pain and improve mobility. Responsibilities include guiding patients through rehabilitation programs, monitoring their progress, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Qualifications: Qualifications
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or MS in PT and state licensure in Colorado / Arizona
Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation practices
Commitment to holistic care
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Interest or experience in vestibular rehab and/or pelvic floor is a plus
Ability to successfully pass a TB Test (AZ only)
Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00
Work Location: Fort Collins Clinic (E Harmony Rd), 100% onsite, in person
Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 8:00AM to 12:00PM, 2:00PM to 6:00PM
Fridays: 8:00AM - 1:00PM
