Elite Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy is growing and hiring Physical Therapists in Gainesville, Virginia. This position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and up to $10,000 in tuition reimbursement. Full-time is preferred, and recently graduated PTs will receive support through a structured mentorship program.
About the Role
You will treat patients of all ages in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting with a focus on sports, athletic, and active populations. Full-time PTs are expected to grow their schedule to treat 10 to 12 patients per day. The practice actively encourages and supports clinicians who want to develop a clinical specialty or pursue additional certifications, including full payment for approved specialty certifications such as manual therapy residency, dry needling, and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization with a two-year commitment.
Schedule
The clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 7:00am to 7:00pm and Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm with no weekends and no major holidays. The typical full-time schedule includes two days per week from 7:00am to 4:00pm, two days per week from 10:00am to 7:00pm Monday through Thursday, and Fridays from 7:00am to 4:00pm.
Compensation and Benefits
The starting salary for full-time clinicians is $85,000, with a range commensurate with experience and clinical specialties. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, continuing education reimbursement, relocation assistance, paid time off, up to $10,000 in tuition reimbursement, and full payment for approved specialty certifications with a two-year commitment.
Qualifications
Candidates must be eligible for Virginia state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Prior outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred. The ideal candidate holds a dual PT/ATC or SCS credential, and candidates with a CSCS certification are also encouraged to apply. New graduate PTs are welcome and will be fully supported and mentored. Full-time availability of 40 hours per week is preferred. Part-time candidates with a minimum of 24 hours across three weekdays will also be considered. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
