Physical Therapist – Aspire Physical Therapy & Sports Performance

Aspire Physical Therapy & Sports Performance is seeking a well-qualified and motivated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic and growing team. Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and assess patients to develop customized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic techniques and exercises to restore function
Educate patients and families on the rehabilitation process
Track patient progress and modify care as needed
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with medical standards

Qualifications:

Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills
Proficiency in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
Solid foundation in anatomy, physiology, and discharge planning
Experience with a variety of patient populations including orthopedics, geriatrics, and post-surgical care
Familiarity with outpatient, inpatient, home health, and/or community-based care
