Overview
Due to growth, Nikao Performance and Rehab is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist for mobile home visits. A minimum of six sessions per week is required.
The ideal candidate is personable, professional, and an effective communicator. Support is provided to allow therapists to focus on their specialty areas.
Caseload / Patient Population
Therapists provide 1:1 mobile home visits. Appointments are scheduled every 40 minutes. This is a great opportunity to bring your expertise to patients in the comfort of their homes while making a meaningful impact.
Compensation
- $80–$85 per visit
- Mileage reimbursement up to $500 per month (approximately $6,000 per year)

Job Requirements
- Eligible for Arizona Physical Therapy licensure
- 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience required
- Dry Needling certification preferred
- PRN candidates must be able to complete 6 patient visits per week
