Overview
Nikao Performance and Rehab is growing and looking for a PRN Physical Therapist to join its mobile care team. This role is well-suited for a PT who thrives on one-on-one patient interaction and values the independence of home-based care. A minimum of six patient sessions per week is required.
Strong communication skills, a personable approach, and a commitment to high-quality care are essential.
Caseload & Patient Care
This role focuses on one-on-one home visits, giving you meaningful time with each patient. Sessions are scheduled every 40 minutes, allowing you to deliver attentive, individualized care. If you have a specialty area you love, the clinic offers support to help you grow it within this mobile model.
Compensation
Competitive per-visit pay of $80–$85, plus mileage reimbursement up to $500 per month ($6,000 annually).
This pay structure rewards your time and gives you the flexibility to build a schedule that fits your life.
Work Schedule
Home visits are offered during both weekdays and weekends.
You have full control over your weekly schedule—an ideal option if you’re balancing other commitments or looking for supplemental hours. The team values work-life balance and ensures you’re supported every step of the way.
Requirements
• Active Arizona PT license
• Must reside in Arizona for PRN consideration
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient ortho experience
• Dry Needling certification preferred
• Ability to complete at least 6 patient visits per week
