We provide a personalized, 1-on-1 patient experience, support specialty areas, and dedicate time for clinicians to work at an expert level.
Full-time, part-time, and PRN candidates are welcome, with student loan repayment, continuing education support, and flexible schedules available.
What You’ll Do
- Treat a general orthopedic caseload in a one-on-one setting
- Provide customized treatment plans tailored to each patient
- Build expertise in your specialty area with ongoing support
- Deliver care in a boutique, patient-centered environment
- Enjoy manageable scheduling with 40-minute patient visits
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year
- PRN rate: $55 per hour
- Student Loan Repayment: $5,000/year for full-time
- Health stipend, 2 weeks PTO, 6 paid holidays
- $1,500 per year for CEUs, with protected time for learning
- Customized benefits packages based on individual needs
Work Schedule
- Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Requirements
- Active AZ state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- 1 year of outpatient ortho experience required
- Dry Needling certification preferred
- Open to all experience levels with full-time, part-time, or PRN availability
