Total Compensation
- Approximately $140,000–$160,000 total annual compensation
(Base salary + incentives + sign-on + CEU reimbursement + loan repayment) - Base Salary: $95,000–$115,000 (DOE)
- Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500/month
- Sign-on bonus up to $10,000
- Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000

You’ll collaborate with experienced clinicians in a supportive environment designed for learning, growth, and high-quality care.
What You’ll Do
- Provide evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care
- Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehab
- Document thoroughly and accurately using our EMR system
- Collaborate with a highly skilled, supportive clinical team
- Build strong patient and community relationships
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer standards
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
- Active California PT license (or eligibility)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for hands-on orthopedic care and clinical growth
- New grads and experienced PTs encouraged to apply
