Total Compensation
- Approximately $140,000–$160,000 total annual compensation
(Base salary + incentives + sign-on bonus + CEU reimbursement + student loan repayment) - Base Salary: $95,000–$115,000 (DOE)
- Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500/month
- Sign-on bonus up to $10,000
- Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000

Clinic Overview
Our San Jose (Moorpark Ave) clinic provides individualized outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation with emphasis on:
- Manual therapy
- Functional rehabilitation
- Personalized treatment plans
- Pre- and post-operative care

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality orthopedic physical therapy
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehab
- Document patient care accurately using the EMR
- Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and the community
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and payer standards
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
- Active (or eligible) California PT license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for outpatient orthopedics
- New graduates and experienced PTs encouraged to apply
