Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed and motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in Lake Mary, Florida. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop or advance clinical expertise in pelvic health within a supportive, structured, and growth-focused environment.
The ideal candidate is passionate about patient-centered care and interested in expanding into pelvic floor therapy. Prior pelvic health experience is not required, as full training and mentorship will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and pelvic floor dysfunction
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Treat conditions including:
- Pelvic pain
- Urinary and fecal incontinence
- Pregnancy and postpartum-related conditions
- Post-surgical rehabilitation
- Perform internal and external pelvic floor assessments (training provided if needed)
- Educate patients on therapeutic exercise, lifestyle modifications, and behavioral strategies
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with clinic standards
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care

- Active Florida Physical Therapist license (DPT or equivalent)
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Experience in orthopedics or outpatient rehabilitation preferred
- Interest in pelvic health (experience is a plus but not required)
