Join our growing team at Rehab Resources as a Pediatric & Adult Physical Therapist, and enjoy a unique opportunity to work across the lifespan in both outpatient and community-based settings.
This role offers the best of both worlds—you don’t have to choose between pediatric or adult therapy. You’ll support pediatric patients in our Brookfield outpatient clinic while also providing care to adult clients in assisted living and senior communities throughout the Milwaukee area. Physical Therapist Responsibilities (Pediatric & Adult):
Complete initial and ongoing evaluations for pediatric and adult patients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, coordination, and functional independence
Address developmental, injury-related, and age-related challenges, including balance, gait, posture, and flexibility
Provide skilled, hands-on therapy to improve gross motor function and reduce injury risk
Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure patient-centered care
Educate families and caregivers on strategies to support continued progress at home, school, and community settings
Participate in pediatric (B-3 or school-based) and adult interdisciplinary team meetings
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program with a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.
