We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team at Park Ridge IP in Hendersonville, North Carolina. As a Physical Therapist with PT Solutions, you will deliver evidence-based care to patients in an acute care setting, working collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Job Summary You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, establishing treatment plans, and demonstrating a positive connection with patients, families, and hospital staff.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient, empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
- Establish timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs
- Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
- Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital with physicians, case management, nurses, and others
Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAPTE-approved physical therapy program
- Current or pending state licensure
- Basic Life Support certification
