Position Summary:ThePhysical Therapist (PT) evaluates the physical therapy needs of assigned patients,establishesgoals with the patient and plans, develops and implements individual physical therapy programs designed to improve patient mobility and independent function. The PT provides age and developmentallyappropriate caretopediatric to geriatricpatients. Effectively interacts with patients,doctorsand other healthcare members. Responsible for overseeingPTAas requested.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Demonstrates understanding of admission process, treatment costs, coding, financialsupport & appropriate billing
Develop professional skills by defining and completingappropriate Developmentplans,participatingin continuing education and in-service offerings, using written resources to keep current with advancements in the field and seeks out resources with recognizedexpertisewithin and outside the Department to enhance quality of care.
Work Shift Details:
Days, Level III: $52/hr weekdays, $55/hr weekends
requirements to work 2 weekend shifts/ month, 1 holiday/ year, 2 holiday weekend shifts/ year
Level IV: $55/hr weekdays, $58/hr weekends
requirements to work 4 weekend shifts/ month, 1 holiday/ year, 2 holiday weekend shifts/ year
