Duly Health and Care is seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist in Naperville, IL.

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to build their practice with quality care, having 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits, with no double booking or required marketing.

Responsibilities

Provide individualised, one-on-one care to patients
Work alongside PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers
Participate in a structured 6-month mentorship program

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license

Schedule

Monday–Friday, including two evenings per week until 7:00 PM
Last patient scheduled at 6:00 PM

Compensation

Base salary: $77,000–$110,000, based on experience and qualifications
This position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus and additional financial incentives
