About the Role:
Join Duly Health and Care’s Rehabilitation team in Joliet (Glenwood) with clinicians supporting specialties such as sports medicine, pelvic health, vestibular rehab, and pediatrics. Our clinicians approach rehabilitation care through collaboration, quality time with patients, and clear paths for professional growth.
This role is part of Duly’s continued expansion of our rehabilitation services. As more patients choose Duly for coordinated, outpatient care, we are adding new physical therapy positions to support timely access, manageable caseloads, and a positive work environment for our therapists. This growth allows our clinicians to focus on what matters most – delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care.

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $85,000 - $128,000 with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
