PYG Therapy is seeking compassionate and skilled Physical Therapists (PT/DPT) to provide pediatric home health services throughout Arizona.
Pay: $84–$118/hour (based on location, experience, and employment type)

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in the home setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Complete timely documentation of patient progress
- Educate and coach caregivers to support carryover of skills
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
- Communicate patient updates, progress, and concerns

- Full-Time, Part-Time, and Contract opportunities

Qualifications
- Active Arizona Physical Therapist License
- CPR Certification
- Article 9 Certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pediatric or home health experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
